Job vacancy: Ticketing & Tour Consultant, Bandar Baru Bangi

Requirements : possess knowledge in ABACUS, proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu, computer literate, pleasant personality, able to work independently and good communication skill.

Responsibilities : to handle ticketing & tour sales, to provide information to the clients, to attend and assist sales calls & sales enquiries, to develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge, to assist walk-in reservation or enquiry, to be responsible in selling services up to closing deal, to create tour packages and costing of tour packages.
