Stenta Films is one of the biggest packaging materials manufacturing companies in South East Asia and is a market leader in servicing regional and global customers. The company is currently undergoing growth and expansion, and in view of this is presently recruiting for the following position.

Vacancy: Management Trainee

The candidates applying for the vacancy should be fresh graduates in the field of Engineering, Polymer or Material Sciences.

The person must also possess strong command of languages, high degree of communication skill and good interpersonal capability. A fast learner with passion to success in career, with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

This is an 18-month on-the-job training program where selected candidates will be assigned to the designated division. Upon successful completion of the program, you can expect an annual salary of up to RM39,000 within one year and up to RM46,000 within 2 years. A fast tracked career advancement also await, where you will assume a Senior Executive position within a space of 2 years.

    i’m nor nasarah binti kamal from INSEP,UTHM, batu pahat johor. i’ve taking industrial trainer (instructor)course. in order to get executive diploma, i’ve to attend practical traning. is there practical training provided in this company? how i’m going to apply?
