Job vacancy: Training Executive, Kuala Lumpur (Head Office)

As a Training Executive, you will be responsible to plan and implement training activities for the agency, bancassurance and alternative distribution channels. You will also be required to prepare and document training modules, programs and tools as well as conducting training itself, in addition to identifying the training needs to develop a competent sales force.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the training, development and people management
Possess a Diploma or Degree in Psychology, Communication or marketing related courses
Previous exposure in the life insurance field will be an added advantage
Good people skills, result-oriented with high quality managing fast changing team environment
